Beyond Fabulous Posted on Oct 2 2008 at 6:08pm by I was lucky enough to see 2 tapings--Rufus Wainwright / Renee Fleming (which was FANTASTIC) and another with Roseanne Cash, Norah Jones, John Mellencamp & Kris Kristoferson. (which was possibly even more wonderful). Both shows were so amazing--I felt like I was seeing performances that were really rare and special, almost historic. And Elvis seems like a natural host. He brought together people from different eras and backgrounds and experience and it all just fit together very smoothly. At least, that's how it looked from the audience.
I hope people watch this show because it really deserves a chance. And I also hope there is a second season.
