En route to his wedding in upstate New York, George (Tunde Adebimpe), a shy, reserved Nigerian, meets an enchanting Spanish woman (Natalia Verbeke), and starts to wonder whether he's marrying for the right reasons. Further complicating matters is Gerard (Hippolyte Girardot), a suicidal Frenchman who invites himself on George's road trip and offers to play matchmaker.
